Ways to be Health by Room 5
In Room 5 we have been looking at the things that we can do to have a long and healthy life. We believe that we have to be responsible for our own Wellness.
These are some of the ideas put forward by Matariki, Shaniqua, Lisika, Bethany, Althea, Laura, Simaileta and Gabriel. We hope you enjoy reading them.
by drinking water
exercising
eating healthy food
sleep at least 10 hours a day
eat 5+ vegetables and fruit a day
play with your friends
spend time with your family
get outside for fresh air
love from your family
learning each day/staying educated
looking after your body
never smoking or doing drugs
always eat breakfast, lunch and dinner
don't have too many foods with sugar like lollies
don't eat too many foods high in fat
eat a balanced diet
take fruit and vegetables in your lunch box
eat slowly and chew your food
go to the gym
think positively
be happy - laugh alot
go to places that you love
experience life
never give up on yourself
