Room 13 Mrs Carol McCormack

I am Carol McCormack and I am in Room 13 with Year 2 & 3 Learners.  

We are looking forward to a year filled with learning and laughter.

In Room 13 we are a family of learners.  As a family we nurture and encourage each other to reach our potential.

Room 13 belongs to Matauranga PLG and our house colour is orange.  To show our true colours we planted orange marigolds in our planter box.  The learners in Room 13 are taking very good care of our flowers and are ensuring our marigolds get what they need to help them grow and flourish. 

One of the highlights in Term 1 for the Learners in Room 13 was a visit from our favourite giraffe 'Harold' and of course Tania from Life Education.  Tania and Harold helped us to learn about looking after our bodies and to find out about the things we need to help us learn and grow.
